Many congratulations to Happy Museum funding recipients, the Chiltern Open Air Museum (COAM), on their Environmental Award win at the first Pride of Bucks ceremony! The event was organised by the Buckinghamshire Examiner and Advertiser Newspapers Series and supported by B P Collins LLP in order to highlight environmental awareness in the Chilterns. The award was presented to the museum team by actress and TV presenter Denise Van Outen at a prestigious lunch event held on June 25th at Stoke Park. COAM Director Sue Shave describes her joy:

“The award will be publicly displayed at the museum as a thank you to all the visitors, staff and stakeholders  who have helped to make this possible – we wouldn’t have a museum without the support of the community and the 200 plus local volunteers who give their time all year round to help create a wonderful experience for our visitors.”
