March 29th saw the launch of the Happy Museum project at the October Gallery in London. The event launched The Happy Museum paper – a challenge for museums to re-imagine their purpose in response to the economic and environmental challenges which currently face us and saw the announcement of a £60,000 Open Application Commission Fund.
